Yoga Kids at it’s most fundamental is about fitness, fun and learning.

All children love to move, and all children are curious to learn, but there are many different ways to learn. It uses yoga and it’s benefits with new theories of multiple learning styles in a comprehensive, imaginative and playful approach to education.

Classes are based on themes, and include, music, math concepts, non competitive games, language, art work and relaxation, which stimulate and teach, reaching every child’s ability to learn.

Yoga for children keeps both body and mind flexible.

Classes are held in the West London area.
